Our special small profile extrusion process allows us to produce endless extruded profiles without the otherwise necessary billet changes. This results in interesting production possibilities for profiles in alloys EN AW-1050A/1350A or EN AW-3103/3003.
Another option to bring the small profiles to their final contour is to add a drawing step on our Schumag drawing line. In this way, the hard drawn profiles will meet even the tightest tolerance requirements.
