Change of Management Board as of July 1, 2025

The Supervisory Board of Aluminiumwerk Unna AG has appointed Dr. Gerhard Schroeder to the Management Board as of July 1, 2025. Dr. Gerhard Schroeder worked for a long time as Sales Manager at Aluminiumwerk Unna AG. Since December 2021, he has been a member of the Management Board and authorized signatory alongside Volker Findeisen. Dr. Gerhard Schroeder is now taking over the management of the company from Volker Findeisen, who has left the company on June 30, 2025.

We would like to thank Volker Findeisen for his many years of service at Aluminiumwerk Unna AG. In particular, we are very grateful for his willingness to take over the company in November 2018 during a difficult phase. Thanks to his skill, the plant was able to emerge stronger from the coronavirus crisis. We wish Volker Findeisen all the best and good health for the future.
